In shell people managers exist and no technical managers .They will manage you as if they are paying you from there own pocket specially in retail.No matter how hard you work they will rate the person more who goes for tea with you ..who speaks lot..who just shows off .The managers don care about how hard you have worked. Dont join this company if you are technically strong.
