Pros
Weekly set shifts and know them 4 weeks in advance. Easy shifts with set tasks to do. Some alarm calls to keep the night busy. Safety first as don’t expect staff to enter a building that looks broken into without police present.
Cons
Not the best pay (but above minimum still). Sometimes have 1 colleague shifts when supposed to be 2 colleagues due to not enough staff to cover when people off sick.
