      Pros

      Progressive in outlook, focussed on customer experience and full of clever, hard-working people. Products rapidly modernising. Big change happening, which is exciting

      Cons

      Big change happening, which may be too exciting for some. Can be full on and very busy. This is offset by the way that internal planning and change management is very good nowadays, but if you like a quiet life, Shipnet may not be for you

      CEO is progressive and supportive Teams are dedicated and always there to help Flexibility and autonomy given Your opinions are always heard and considered

      Cons

      To be honest I don't have any, they expect hard work and dedication as does any company with such ambitions. As its a global company you sometimes have to work outside normal working hours but it is never unreasonable

      Pros

      Management are all subject matter and / or industry experts and will spend quality time helping you succeed. Some neat software, developed with customers to ensure it’s relevance. If tech is your thing, you get a choice of laptop etc. 100% remote working - role and location dependent - which gives a Good Work / Life Balance. Good benefits package & pension options. I truly believe that this company will be making huge strides forward over the next 12/18 months and substantially increase their market share.

      Cons

      Trying to think of one and it would be this - Being owned by Volaris does have some restrictions on what and how you can sell BUT that is the same with any large or listed company.
