Pros

I could not identify any

Cons

ShipNet will probably close down soon or get merged with one of the other groups. Terrible culture, constantly lying to clients and employers, top management threatening and abusive to employed, top management taking advantage financially of the company overspending money and expense it back to the company, no career path, the program team in Oslo is old and all wait to be retired so no one wants to work. Terrible experience and if anyone come across to you for hiring, which is impossible as the company will not survive, skip this one. Terrible and unethical place to work.

Pros

Management are all subject matter and / or industry experts and will spend quality time helping you succeed. Some neat software, developed with customers to ensure it’s relevance. If tech is your thing, you get a choice of laptop etc. 100% remote working - role and location dependent - which gives a Good Work / Life Balance. Good benefits package & pension options. I truly believe that this company will be making huge strides forward over the next 12/18 months and substantially increase their market share.

Cons

Trying to think of one and it would be this - Being owned by Volaris does have some restrictions on what and how you can sell BUT that is the same with any large or listed company.

Pros

I can honestly say, that even when times were rough (and trust me- there has been some rough times), people’s willingness to go above and beyond for each other and the customer has been inspiring. Never before have I worked with so many dedicated people. The newly formed management team have breathed life back into the business. The positive impact that these new strategies and ideas are having can already been seen. I am very excited for the future.

Cons

If your looking for relaxing job with long lunch breaks and short days- this is NOT the place for you.
