Looks good on the outside, but in reality very bad & concerning.
Pros
- They do a good job of giving off the illusion that they care. - The peers / coworkers / non-management people are great. - Free lunch every 2 weeks, but we all prefer to just get a salary that we deserve.
Cons
- It is run by syncophants and narcissists - your best interests are not kept in mind. - Management is disorganized and treat you like a child. - They do not trust you to do your work. - Horrific turnover. Constantly having to train new pepole. Losing people every month. This is a long-term trend spanning the past couple years, really gone downhill. - They only care about profits. Push you to your limits to help the CEO fund his trips around the world, and get hardly anything in return. - The values they preach are only preached, never actually practiced. It is literally all a facade.
