Pros

It's work from home on contract basis 20-30 hours per week. The supervisors Kristi and Jane are good people. Too good for ShowMojo.

Cons

The owner is a high strung over-reactive nightmare. If he doesn't like something, he lashes out and berates people...very unprofessional and demoralizing to the receiver of his wrath. Even though we were independent contractors we were micro-managed as employees and often scolded like children by the Owner. Don't be surprised if you wake up one morning and find you are fired with no explanation. Very high turnover, high drama and low pay. Don't waste your time.

Cons

The owner is very hateful to his employees. He is like a child who rants whenever he doesn't like something. He is very unprofessional. He does not treat his employees with respect and he does not compensate them well. He needs to learn how to be humane. He needs a lot of management training! Company does not even deserve 1 star

Terrible company. Owner is a tyrant that bullies and belittles, throws tantrums and then to avoid confrontation will fire you without explanation.
