    Its a very friendly atmosphere and Culture! Google of Arizona! I truly love working here.

    Cons

    The location is just a bit further than I would like to travel.

    The company started somewhat small and experiences growing pains, as all businesses do.

    Pros

    The company family picnics and the openness of everything that is going on with in the company. This company is pretty transparent with the changing being made. We all know the strategic plans and it feel great to know the company's growth or where they want the company to go.

    Cons

    The constant changes daily. All about numbers and not employees thoughts.

    I have been working at Shutterfly full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Friendly environment, most people know each other pretty well that work in the call center. Opportunities for advancement are there if you do really well.

    Cons

    Management (local management) Isn't the best. Some supervisors managers are great, others will try to let you go for pretty much any reason they can find. Since moving to the new location, things became a bit more uptight and less fun.
