I have been working at Sia Partners full-time

    Pros

A friendly work environment with exciting projects in a range of sectors, including industry-leading in a number of energy sector services. A relatively flat working pyramid meaning that employees are given plenty of responsibility and autonomy from day one. It is a fantastic place to learn and grow professionally, as well as get involved outside of work with the Consulting for Good initiatives.

    Cons

An enjoyable experience thus far, nothing to report here.

I worked at Sia Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great company in France (assignment, work life balance, leadership, culture) but really poor in UK especially for financial industry

    Cons

Really poor financial services offering in UK due to the lack of expertise and very poor leadership skills of the financial services management.

I have been working at Sia Partners full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A tier 4 company aspiring to be a tier 3 company.

    Cons

No reasons for clients or staff to use Sia Partners. Offerings to market are weak. Performance is declining year on year. Ambition is low. Shiny office, but nothing inside the office. No intellect. Low quality. Utilisation very low. Most people on the bench.

I worked at Sia Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very good atmosphere between the junior consultants / consultants / senior consultants without a sense of "competition" JC/C/SC can also leverage on the managers / senior managers to assist and help them grow

    Cons

Top management from London office was not investing enough in training and upscaling the juniors (surprising for a company in an industry where the human capital is the primary resource) - was focused mainly on financial figures (which is necessary) but not enough on employees
