I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Incredibly bright, creative and passionate workforce. - A competitive but inclusive culture that is highly focused and driven when it comes to work, deadlines and the business at hand. - Size of London office allows close communication with all individuals at all levels in the company. - Great exposure to other markets and world regions due to S+G offices around the world. - Working on a daily basis with some of the world's largest brands and corporates. - An opportunity to distill the simplicity message, ethos and values into every aspect of the organisation.

    Cons

    - Horizontal structure in places can lead to a bit of confusion on accountability.

I have been working at Siegel+Gale

    Pros

Great to be part of Omnicom

    Cons

Lack of leadership in the London office. Teams work in silos, completely dominated by internal politics, work lacks simplicity, client service is the last thing on people's minds.

    I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time

    Pros

Lots of very brilliant people. Most people have the necessary real belief in, and understanding of, the notion of Simplicity – and how it can help businesses and brands.

    Cons

Being part of a network often gets in the way. Yes this is a business but sometimes the obsession with profits and revenue, and short term thinking, goes a little far.

I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone here at S+G are dedicated to getting the job done to the very highest standard meaning it really does bring out the best in everyone. Opportunities to grow within are endless, and with the opportunity to travel the world, this makes it a really rewarding place to work. There is lots of cross team collaboration meaning you learn all aspects of the business and industry. Very social with weekly drinks, monthly celebrations and quarterly social events.

    Cons

No major cons when compared to other places I've worked!

    I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time

    Pros

Extremely capable, smart, talented, driven and nice people. A grown-up atmosphere where people and teams that prove themselves are given responsibility and opportunities.

    Cons

Deadlines can often be short and projects intense, though this is the case generally in the industry as clients demand more for their money.

I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are super driven, talented and switched on. The best ones really do embody values, smart, nice, unstoppable. Open channels and easy access to leadership, not too hierarchical. London you can really feel your impact being a (relatively) small team realising growth. Team is happy to see you do well.

    Cons

If you're not on the train you're not on the train. You have to be driven and ambitious to enjoy working here. Otherwise it can seem like a challenging environment, but not if you're looking for a good challenge.

I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Really close-knit team with people willing to go the extra yard. Good opportunities to take ownership of tasks/projects at an early stage. Collaborative culture both within the office and the wider global team.

    Cons

While using initiative is clearly a good thing, there is definitely scope for more specific guidance in some areas. There does seem to be an over-stretching of resources on occasions too - potential issues managing the time of certain key members.

I have been working at Siegel+Gale full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company has got great client base and if you want to work on projects of well known companies you should consider S+G. I can see potential for growth and more months/years to come especially in EMEA region as the office is in growing phase and European companies are looking to invest in branding.

    Cons

Days seem crazy sometimes as everybody is running to meet deadlines, get from a meeting to a meeting and it feels at times that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing or what is happening.
