Pros

Robust product, always evolving and therefore keeping your interest high at all times. Big clients in various sectors, giving you the opportunity to learn a lot. Many opps to show your work and evolve.

Cons

You don't go for the perks it has or for training..Appraisals are fair, but ultimately goes down to your manager's discretion to promote you.

The overall environment is brilliant as there is a strong hiring practice for "the right type of people" for the company culture

Cons

I think that opportunities for growth in the support sector are lacking a little due to geographic location being that I am in a satellite office.

Pros

Silverpop is a company that upholds the Highest values and morals when conducting its business. As a company there is ample opportunity for progression and promotion, I feel supported and believe that if the company continues to invest in its employees the only way this company will be going is upward.

Cons

The company seems very US focussed in meetings and in the way it conducts its business. The company is sometimes slow to react and doesn't speculate to accumulate enough. e.g. to gain extra sales support you need to prove you need it by gaining customers that need that support, but the crazy part is that you need the support to win the business.
