I have been working at Simon-Kucher & Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Simon-Kucher is a growing company with a great team. There is a shared entrepreneurial spirit from the bottom to the top. People are given greater responsibility as soon as they are ready for it. I worked at Simon-Kucher & Partners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Office culture, flat structure, great work-life balance, opportunity to travel during projects and to do rotations to other offices

    Cons

Compensation lower than peers, lack of training, too focused on a niche (pricing) which after a couple of years become quite redundant
