    - Small office and diverse teams - Reasonable hours - no work on week ends - Little traveling - Profitable and growing company

    - No benefits - Upper management always traveling - Stringent reimbursement policy (be ready to pay out of pocket) - Little traveling

    Open door policy - makes it very easy to ask questions if your unsure of how to proceed or having difficulties with a task. Friendly working environment - usually you will be eating lunch with your division members and can get to know them on a more personal level.     Choice of which intern is designated to which project is arbitrary at times. Best to find out in the interview round what work will await you. A very specialized consultancy and not the place to be if you want to acquire a general feel for management consulting because it will be heavy on sales and marketing, especially pricing. Very cost conscientious. The cost allowance for meals etc. is enough but will not have...

    Advice to Management

    In particular regarding interns the company relies too heavily on recruiting from WHU and EBS, two well-known business schools in Germany. Try and mix it up a little more.
