      - Loads of different clients to work with with interesting content - Lots of technologies and management are happy for you to experiment - Really good team of people that clearly enjoy the work they do - Occasional travel to customer sites both in the UK and abroad

      - Some resourcing issues for development teams - Needs product ownership to improve R&D/product development beyond client requests
