      Pros

      Working at Sixteenth has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The company fosters an incredibly open and healthy work environment where collaboration and transparency are at the core. It has the feel of a small company, so you’re constantly learning and given opportunities to grow, but with the strong backing and resources of a much larger organization. I really appreciate the close-knit, team-oriented culture where everyone’s input is valued, and you’re encouraged to take ownership of projects. The management is approachable and genuinely invested in employees’ personal and professional growth. It’s a place where you can thrive, knowing you have the support and resources to succeed. I’ve been able to take on new challenges and expand my skill set in ways I hadn’t anticipated, and I’m excited for the future here.

      Cons

      Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant cons during my time at Sixteenth. The work environment is supportive, the opportunities for growth are plenty, and the company culture is genuinely positive. It’s rare to find a place that feels this balanced and motivating, and I truly haven’t found anything to complain about.
