Great team environment and the people were nice. The interview was not difficult at the time.

They were fully aware of my experience at entry level and did not provide proper training. Learning from my mistakes was my training. There was a mandatory IT orientation, it was essentially me staring at a screen for 2 hours and someone talking to me, it was every hard to stay awake.

- frequent long hours; - badly organized legal assistant management - they are normally not in the office and when they are the managing style is hostile; - your holidays do not get approved until the day before, so it might be difficult to plan.
