Anyone else hate banking lingo and make fun of it, but as soon as a discussion starts you say "we dont want to boil the ocean here". Fml. Whats your most despised finance phrase?

      Good company to work for

      Pros

Good company to work for, has decent internal prospects and happy to help you train or make internal movements to help you get the role you desire if you are willing to put in the time yourself. Pay is OK not as high as some similar companies but for being out of a city its reasonable. Good benefits and holidays package along with this.

      Cons

Management direction can sometimes feel rushed or forced which causes issues further down the line

      Pros

Great offices with good facilities and mostly great people. Good benefits and a fun, pleasant working environment overall. Success is celebrated often.

      Cons

Lots is said internally - and externally - about company values but in reality there are many people demonstrating the opposite and continuing to get away with it by paying lip service. Management in certain areas fight against each other whilst appearing to be friends.
