- Strong people and values - Technically strong in claims and underwriting - Supportive colleagues and a strong sense of "team" - Growing book of business, so an exciting company to be part of

- Lots of opportunities, but comes with an increased workload - A flat management structure which is a positive, but provides limited scope for fast progression.
