    Pros

    Work/Life balance Friendly teams Relaxed atmosphere in the office Free Sky, subsidised food, Waitrose & Cinema in the office and other perks Good company that wants to do the right thing!

    Cons

    Bit chaotic at times Can be hard to find an answer to a question when you’re new Not enough showers for cyclists in Sky Central (there’s always a queue)! 😊

    No micromanagement, flexible hours, place of work. loads of rooms to move. Big offices, comfortable environment. Good work ethos.

    Too far for me to travel. Way out of the centre of London

    Pros

    Great offices in Osterley, gym, hairdresser, Waitrose on site. Amazing support for working parents, family days and movie screenings. Access to seminars and webinars, Tech Conference. Heavily subsidised food. Friendly people.

    Cons

    Can be quite disjointed. Poor documentation, knowledge is in the heads of the few key staff. Osterley campus not easily reachable by public transport. Problems with parking for contractors.

The work we do is cutting edge and continous, bringing along with it substantial business value. I along with my senior management team pride ourselves on developing our Business Analysts, guiding them to their potential across Sky’s propositions and ensuring industry alignment across benchmarking, skillsets and growth. We operate as a family where we look after our people who in turn make our Business Analysis domain what it is. This has been fundamental in establishing a fulfilling career path for all of our BA’s and created life long job security. You definately get variety and excitment in what we do where demands for BA’s is always high. I will take your feedback to ensure continous revisit to key points such as salary and security to ensure we continue to retain high standards.

    Limited career progression or personal development. After two years very good people left because of that.
