    Fun place to work Amazing offices, great colleagues, first class product fast paced and you learn a lot

    Cons

    some questionable ethical practices No-one is prepared to challenge the exec even when necessary HR leadership is a joke Comp & Bens is unstructured and off the market unless you are a senior leader where you are over compensated to the extreme

    Pros

    There's a great, positive atmosphere at Sky. Lots to do and lots to see. The Starting-Out programme encourages team-work and collaboration to reach the end goal. People running the programme are easily accessible, friendly and are keen to teach.

    Cons

    The main offices of Sky are somewhat distant from Central London (Osterley)

    Very dynamic, forward thinking company with great perks and benefits. Very good facilities and fantastically talented people. It's the people that make it a great place to work.

    Cons

    Can be challenging at times due to its extremely fast paced environment and working through the politics can be tedious.
