some questionable ethical practices No-one is prepared to challenge the exec even when necessary HR leadership is a joke Comp & Bens is unstructured and off the market unless you are a senior leader where you are over compensated to the extreme

There's a great, positive atmosphere at Sky. Lots to do and lots to see. The Starting-Out programme encourages team-work and collaboration to reach the end goal. People running the programme are easily accessible, friendly and are keen to teach.

Cons

The main offices of Sky are somewhat distant from Central London (Osterley)
