Pros

Great support with professional development. Lots of support and great opportunities to move around the company. The working environment is relaxed and the large majority of staff are positive people. If you see room for improvement in an area of the business, you are given all the support needed to implement that change.

Pros

I have had a great experience on the Technology Graduate Programme so far. There are few companies that could give you exposure to such a diverse range of technologies over a two year programme. As well as the standard web, mobile, and networking technologies there are opportunities to get involved in broadcast and ISP projects that you simply wouldn't get in a standard IT job. There is good access to senior management and a real commitment to innovation, doing the right thing, and the Bigger Picture Programme which is really nice to see from a FTSE 100 company. The graduate salary is very competitive and the benefits are great (Free Sky+HD, Broadband, Health Insurance to name a few)

Cons

It can sometimes be a little slow when you first begin a new rotation whilst you familiarise yourself with the project and build up enough responsibility to do important work.

Pros

Diverse company, lots of things going on. If you're on your feet you can move about and gain that experience Great gig for freelancers

Cons

Buildings are terrible No training (none, at all... ) Very very poor pay. Salary reviews are basically crap (if you start here, join high!) Contractors out number you 20:1 Location is terrible Career progression is non-existent Arrogant management
