ots of cons— High pressure. Night shifts are the worst. They deduct money if you can't achieve their desired outcome. Break time is very short. They will shout at you if you fail to meet the daily target or make a mistake. You are not allowed to speak in your normal voice; you must be extremely loud on the phone at all times. Constantly talking on the phone will wreck your throat. You have to take at least 400 calls a day. You won't have a social life, or your mind will be too messed up to have one. The pay is decreasing day by day. Management is one of the worst—they only care about sales, no matter what issues you face. They don’t give a damn about your life.
