Pros
- Work from home. That's it, but you won't be home much
Cons
- Complete imbalance between working and normal life. - Pay is terrible for the amount of work that you're expected to accomplish in just 1 day - Management is clueless, their one concern is making money. Running a business and managing the team is an afterthought.

Working from Home, bring your pet to work.
Cons
Your co-workers mess up a lot by stepping on each others feet. The owner asks the employees to put in good ratings so that they look half way decent. There is no real training. Their customers do not like them at all and will let you know.
