Pros

I got paid for the first week

Cons

Their application advertises a full time job, 12.50 an hour, 20-30 hours a week. After the first week of training I was told that my job turned into an independent contractor position. They want their workers to go from being paid per hour to being paid by project, and they don't have any projects until June. Long story short, they just want a cheap and easy copywriter for one week.

Pros

Great management Great Staff Very positive work environment and a sense of fulfillment helping people reach their weight goals. very innovative, they always come up with new products and programs

Cons

Whatever they sell in stores sells online making it harder to sell and loses credibility. Whatever they sell in stores sells in Costco for half the price so employees are competing against head office to make sales. The fact that its not medical anymore
