Leadership is non-existent. Direction and vision for the company not conveyed from mid or upper management. Some people are abusive to coworkers without repercussion. Office cliques are the norm and it seems like new hires are not welcome. The atmosphere in the office is reminiscent of a morgue most days.
Great people, good benefits, very lax. Open office. Mid and upper managenent below execs is pretty good.
Cons
Tons of uncertainty and lots of impending layoffs. Revent round of layoffs caused culture to be demolished, parent company is stripping SoCore of its mission, causing good people to leave.
