    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Société Générale full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Salary is ok, though no rise or bonus. Used to enjoy the role, had great colleagues and managers

    Cons

Zero communication from the top down, let all the good staff go because they are so unwilling to listen to staff and develop as a business.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff and push for what your employees want, personal growth & development is non existent. Weed out the staff that contribute nothing don’t let everyone else pick up their work.

    Société Générale Response

    September 27, 2019

Societe Generale has a strong commitment to culture and conduct, with a robust framework in place to support this. We would encourage any employee with concerns to raise these at the time and they would be dealt with appropriately.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Société Générale full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good people, flexible working, good location

    Cons

passive aggressive behaviours, weak and ineffective management, bullying. Incredibly toxic despite a new Culture & Conduct initiative in place with full bells and whistles.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach in terms of values and culture; upskill weak leaders; be present and take responsibility and be accountable.
