It's a failed society!

Pros

Honestly, I got nothing positive to share

Cons

There is nothing positive to share in the past 11 months; it seems like the society has failed. The issues are extensive: there's a complete lack of management and transparency, fostering a toxic environment and culture. Furthermore, there are no remote work opportunities, and a concerning 80% of employees are using e-cigarettes within the office, with the C-level turning a blind eye. Salary growth appears stagnant, with promotions seemingly reserved for those with internal connections. A significant 70% of employees seem unfit for their roles, lacking the necessary skills. Moreover, constructive feedback isn't encouraged, and the salary payment structure divides into two parts: 30% at the beginning of the month and the remaining 70% at the end. My time at the company was marred by a series of deceptive practices, particularly regarding the information provided about my compensation. The discrepancy between the promised salary during the hiring process and the actual pay I received was glaring. When I confronted Anna Nalbandian about the issue, I was met with a web of contradictions and excuses. Initially, an alleged error was blamed, followed by the unconvincing offer of a bonus as compensation for the shortfall. This was later replaced with a proposal for a gross salary, completely disregarding our initial agreement on a net salary. The unethical nature of this manipulation within a convoluted taxation system is reprehensible. As someone well-versed in organizational dynamics, I found this deliberate mishandling of the net salary not only unprofessional but also indicative of a lack of integrity within the company. Despite my expectations of transparency and clarity from the HR department, my trust was shattered. Ultimately, these deceitful practices and the subsequent lack of accountability were the primary catalysts for my decision to sever ties with the company.
