      - Good enough social package - Very good salaries - CEO shares a lot of company info with employees - Presents and events for employee - Help with relocation and getting visa - Interesting projects

      Great colleagues, remote work, and probably that's it

      Cons

      As mentioned, due to lack of good management and bad decisions, all employees has 10% salary reduction, also many people have been put on idle time with saving only 40% of the salary after previous reduction, layoffs each month.

      Amazing colleagues, good working environment, good projects as well as work-life balance

      Cons

      Due to management’s bad decisions, the company is not doing well, and they decided to reduce everyone’s salaries by 10% and put some people on bench, so they can cut 60% of their salaries. It just shows how Softeq deals such situations. And they expect us to be happy that they didn’t fire us. This is same as firing, just the path is different.
