nice team mates, low salaries, very low raises over time, bad higher management

in my team I had some nice colleagues and a nice supervisor relatively flexible work schedule

Cons

sub-par salaries symbolic raises few opportunities outdated technology hard to maintain code stone-age mentality on senior management

Still a significant number of very smart people working in the trenches. If lucky (or not afraid to use elbows ;) ) - can get quite interesting projects to work on

Cons

English classes that are not fully paid by the company, offices crowded as in any outsourcing accounting center in Krakow, poor access to public transportation
