I have been working at SolarWinds full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Strong business model and financially solid company that is built to last and poised for growth. This allows employees lots of opportunities for career growth and development. Evolving into a more employee-focused organization that has increased benefits. The culture is headed in the right direction and more positive changes appear to be on the horizon.

    Cons

None that I can specifically think of.

I have been working at SolarWinds full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunities to be involved in Interesting projects, but highly subjective to the team. Got to work with very smart people and did a lot of work I am proud of. At one point the culture was great and there was a lot of collaboration between teams. Free Lunches.

    Cons

High turnover, including extremely hard working employees. Not a meritocracy, as new hires would often get higher salary offers than staff in the same role and years of experience within the company. Opportunities for training were practically non existent. Antisocial behaviours not dealt with.

    Pros

Regular 1:1s with your manager Private healthcare (optional) Friendly and collaborative environment

    Cons

Management tries to be understanding and helpful with their technical reps with any mental health conditions, but they could definitely do with training on how people with different conditions work such as people with Autism.
