Not too many pros about this company other than office is clean and well kept
Cons
To many cons to list. Upper management is clueless to their employees, alot of trouble makers in management, bullying staff and the owners allow it. Staff file complaints about how they are treated and then they are let go or punished while the people with the complaints against them continue to get away with it. Strict no work from home policy while again management can and flaunts in your face that they can. Benefits are horrible and working ing without a raise for years.
