-An employee or contractor can get a lot of experience on numerous games in a short amount of time, which is good for those at "entry level" experience. -Office is convenient to Berkeley and Oakland.
Cons
-This company has reputation issues and is not well regarded by many in the game audio community. It's generally perceived as a sweat shop by audio professionals. -The tendency is to underpay people below what is scale in the industry. Employees are undervalued. -No benefits or health insurance. -Company works with contractors on a regular basis and the rates they pay to them are some of the lowest in the business. -Company's approach is more on quantity of work over high quality. -Office was not well maintained and kept clean during my employment. Employees sometimes ended up having to clean bathrooms themselves.
