the culture, the pay, the flexible hours, the benefits package, team support, brand new building
Cons
Our parent company is German. We are challenged by the cultural differences and communication at times. Most people have shared offices, not a lot of privacy but there are private rooms that we can move to.

Plenty of room to grow. Expanding into assembly manufacturing. Possibly get an opportunity to go to Europe
