I have been working at Sopra Steria full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some great, ambitious people with an enjoyable work environment.

    Cons

Sopra Steria doesn't know what type of company it wants to be. With so much talk about supporting digital transformation, there is little appetite for innovation. All the decisions seem to be driven by the finance department rather than being visionary and adding true value.
