    Pros

Some great people delivering critical projects

    Cons

Small UK management cabal seems to completely lack any ability to implement strategic change.

    Advice to Management

Outlining a vision for change and then completely abdicating development of an implementation strategy with responsible business owners does not work.

  10. "Terrible"

    StarStarStarStarStar
    • Career Opportunities
Former Employee - Processing Assistant in Croydon, England
    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Sopra Steria full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Supporting Applicants with there applications and hearing inspirational and sometimes sad scenarios of what they go through to remain in the UK.

    Cons

Imagine a environment where the manager stays locked in a room pretending to be occupied just to avoid any type of communication with staff . When you do get to speak to her she simply rejects any request you make it could be a family members funeral right up to your childs school parent teacher Meeting . The management are not family friendly they demand your time but wont give you the freedom to request for any... time off, the team leaders run the floors in a mafia style fashion very Territorial and bullyish. The head office when they do visit show no sort of regard or recognistion to the low level employees they will literally walk past you with there head up and say nothing no Hello or greeting or introduction. In time you question your existance in such a company avoid at all costs especially the croydon branch.
