    Team leaders are attentive and invested in your success. Company makes all the resources and training available for you to succeed.

    Cons

    This position and line of work did not align with my ambitions. Because of this, I decided to seek a different opportunity.

    Pros

    Learned lots of medical terminology, you get to work with several insurance companies and they have lots of company activities. This is the most family oriented company i have worked for. They are also really big on health. Great PTO

    Cons

    Not too much room for growth, managers could be more professional, managers tend to show favoritism, not too many raises
