      Pros

The company is doing well on the stock market. Great benefits (in theory)

      Cons

No Work From Home option when it would be expedient for all parties. Antiquated, controlling, risk-averse mindset. Punitive attitude to sickness absence and to sickness generally Poor office environment and weak leadership in Group Marketing Micromanaging is endemic, from the top-down. Classic silo mentality, with no incentive for teams to work together or communicate. Irresponsible attitude towards health and wellbeing despite ENDLESS banging of the H&S drum. Ask about their 2017 Employee Engagement Survey and why it was so poor. And try not to laugh. Widespread low morale. Be sure to factor in large potential loss of earnings if you fall ill during the first six months of your employment; you'll be on statutory sick pay. HR has been hijacked by PC.

Could be a great place to work.

      Pros

Great benefits package, tuition reimbursement program, some good employees.

      Cons

There was no clear path to advance even when doing an excellent job. Too many “buddies” getting promoted.
