      Great flight benefits at the cost of low pay and always being overworked

      Pros

      What was great about the company is people. I’ve made lots of friends there, met some very passionate folks about the industry. Flight benefits are great if you use them.

      Cons

      Low pay, high pressure. IT directors don’t seem to communicate to each other and try to grab tons of work to impress C-level team at the expense of middle management being burned and overworked. Working from home or remote is almost impossible there as upper management doesn’t trust you or for whatever other reasons they might have in 21st century. Upper IT management is notorious for over promising to business units. HR recruiters are also outsourced and it took forever to find a good one to help you to keep your team staffed. Having understaffed team and being presented with almost impossible challenges by IT upper management makes work life balance impossible at this company.

      Benefits are the only good thing, there is not that much people with seniority because everyone leaves this company so your seniority is good to fly if there is space.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other airlines, some supervisors abuse on the workload. They barely train you for the position.

      The management team is great Work from home option 4x10 schedule option available Free travel Company culture Benefits Employee engagement outside of the dept You don't have to see your co-workers every day

      Cons

      Work more than 10+ hours a day, 5 days a week without additional compensation. Low pay Very negative job. Dealing with complaints consistently. Other departments don't treat you well. Director doesn't speak with the coordinators. The job requires a degree however, it is not needed to perform the daily job functions. Bad shifts High turnover because of all of the above
