Pros

As an ex developer, I fell in love with the product from day 1. Don't you just love when a product works as expected! And the people here ~ expect to always laugh out loud from day 1. Extremely smart people with a great human connection and prioritising family as number 1. Definitely best career decision ever!!!

Cons

Seriously, nothing I can see so far. A case study needs to be done on Split Software to showcase how to effectively run a company.

Stay away even in a recession

Pros

A few good people that are genuinely passionate.

Cons

Completely dishonest leadership that consistently lies. Was laid off after they mentioned they didn’t have to do a second round. Before, they trying to push people out. Forced people back to offices and have massive amounts of attention before. And ultimately treated many terribly. Company is doing incredibly bad and will get worst.
