Work day is somewhat predictable and I guess the benefits are alright

Cons

Zero training or instruction whatsoever. You are tossed in the pool before learning to swim. Asking anyone for help is usually met with sighs and frustration. Terrible place for young people to work. Attorneys hassle you for meaningless details and seem to make the rules based on personal preference. There seems to be more concern about which side of a Manila folder a piece of paper is on than the well-being of their employees.

Pros

Overall general good to place to work. Benefits are fantastic (but these DO NOT pay the bills). A good fit for folks valuing a slow and steady, predictable work environment.

Cons

Job Descriptions do not match work. Staff Assistant Title too generic for the duties. This sorely needs updated. Overall Culture should reflect the Mission Statement. Typical Leadership gets their salaries increased while Rank and file remain extremely low. High value employees have left due this problem (including myself).

Cons

Most management is incompetent. Courts are full of petty, manipulators who only lookout for themselves. Extrememly toxic work environment.
