I have been working at Sporting Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great working environment. Vastly improves your punting

    Cons

No incentive to do anything above and beyond. Never a pat on the back after a good job but every mistake is accounted for. You can work in a job with less experience required that wouldnt make you work weekends and would probably pay you more money.
