Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Sportsafe UK full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Some of the people are amazing No weekend working for office staff
Cons
The values which were once the backbone of the company were eroded over time. There was bakcbiting, arse-covering and constant fear of being blamed for something. No real team work, people and departments getting pitted against each other and constant changes without real change management or structure.

Pros
Company van, tools, nothing else to say!
Cons
poor pay! Just above minimum wage, Not respected as an individual or employee, pushed for a working life but no home life! When staying away there is a small budget for food and £5 a night gift (insult more like), accused of missing items from the van once returned even when tools where stolen 3 times with no measures taken to prevent and not replaced after 3rd time!

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Sportsafe UK full-time for more than a year
Pros
Company van. Overnight stays in various locations. Some staff at my level were helpful.
Cons
Blamed for everything wrong with work vehicle. Clean and arrange repairs in your own time. No choice with accommodation, stay in cheapest place only. Managers not nice to deal with, mine was always negative and very unhelpful.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Sportsafe UK full-time for less than a year
Pros
It brought home a wage, and you get to take a van home with you. Meeting lots of different people in schools and leisure centres. Lots of travelling. Plenty of overtime available.
Cons
Very amatuer management in the Scottish office with negative below the line attitudes. No structure to the job and no forward planning to help staff. Manager took great delight in belittling his workforce in my short spell. Very basic work and very repetitive. Lots of over night stays in hotels with very basic allowances. No say in the amount of hours to be worked, or where in the country you will be.
