    Pros

    The leadership team is second to none The team is growing everyday They really care about people and trust you with your work They don't micro manage They are super flexible with hours and remote work

    Cons

    Sometimes its a bit chaotic, like in any startup I guess

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the investment in positive relationships and trust!

    The pay higher salary than the rest of the company

    Cons

    The engineer team is poorly organized, there isn't clear objectives. It is really hard to get your job done.

    Great staff, feels like international family.

    Cons

    Not so much career opportunities, unflexible working shifts, no extra pay for working on weekends, no vacation in summer time.

    International environment Company values Freedom for ideas (limited though) Depending on position travel options Incentives Good for a start in Madrid or an entry level job People are very sociable and enjoyable Interesting product and service that is developed rapidly Marketing image of the company

    Cons

    Very poor management style (managers were announced to be managers over night without having any experience of management and leadership. They are also often too emotional and personal. No motivational spirits of managers. No effective internal communication: HR lacks the focus on improving what employees outline since years No training provided to employees (promised but never offered) also not to managers No... development options. Roles are more to be fulfilled according what the company needs now to grow. Internal promotions only possible with few roles (that not everyone would like to fulfill) Competitive salary (financial incentives were lowered and targets were made higher to achieve which leads to the point that the income is only the monthly fixed salary which is low) - cost saving stage of the company No possibility of fully developing markets according to Local needs (and high targets) Unethical way of firing people

    Lack of training, leadership, misleading processes, amateur managers

    Advice to Management

    It seems that they do not realize that the more market they want to reach, the more the company has to grow. Obsolete systems, complicated and constantly changing processes, unexpert managers that do not know how to communicate effectively with members of the same team or even exchange information with other teams plus an inexistence of a proper training can drown any company instead of improving. Be prepared for... frustration!
