I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The people are humane. Got to make it to your kid's school party? Great! Need to work from home (pre-pandemic, that is)? No problem! Just a really solid group of people to work with. Yes, there were always lay-off issues but if you find a group of people who are solid workers and have humanity, you will be insulated from that as much as possible.

    Cons

Consistent lay-off issues really impact morale.
