Pros

Mediocre training and promises of support are lackluster at best. You are better off coming in at an entry level position so you have time to learn the overly complicated product and culture.

Cons

Asking for help falls deaf ears. Management is more worried about their traveling than facilitating the day to day business that pay for it.

Pros

Being an Implementation Specialist for Square 9 involves more than just basic knowledge. The position requires a combination of technical and soft skills, as well as a clear orientation towards customer satisfaction and the ability to effectively solve problems. If these requirements are met, you will be well prepared to meet the challenges of the position.

Cons

The training period for the implementation specialist position is long (2-3 months) and some aspects of it, such as repetitive e-learning topics and ineffective quizzes, make it boring. The software feels old, the interfaces could improve. In some cases during migrations, unexpected errors occur and are very tedious to resolve.
