      Good place to work and learn

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work on multiple applications. And had the opportunity to design and implement many complex systems from scratch

      Cons

      Salary hike didn't happen even after 1.5 years at the company. And for that reason I moved on. I had to do so many overtime hours (countless) for the errors happened at the high level. Client requirement changess were take in to the account for the working version.

      Awesome company to work with. Good work culture. Management is friendly and understanding. A place to learn and grow. The company has a good compensation benefits and good hike percentage
