      Pros

      St. Jude's Ranch is a special place to work out. I understand the mission and all the efforts to serve more kids. I appreciate all the support to staff and the constant work on the org culture by asking staff what support they need, employee incentives and more.

      There is alot going on with growth and budget limitations.

      The only pro is working with incredible kids that need positive role models.

      Cons

      What SJRC appears to be online is not what it actually is. We have extremely high turnover due to the horrible management and lack of training and supports. The pay is really low and they will gaslight you into believing that it is because you get free rent but the homes are in horrible condition and they continue to put band aids over big problems. There is zero support and due to lack of staff you will be denied your time off.
