      Great flexibility in working from home Huge autonomy to approach work the way you see fit Great Salary Clear willingness to make a better working environment - including benefits, career frameworks and overall culture Passionate colleagues who are genuinely excited about what they are building

      Cons

      You have to be able to deal with a lack of structure and a little chaos - nothing outside of what you'd expexct from a young, growing start up.

      Pros

      Stability is a rewarding place to work. Coming from a big tech company, it's refreshing to work in an environment where you feel valued and you can make an instant impact from day one. It feels like there's a solid leadership team that has been formed and are bringing in great ideas to scale the company in the right way. For me, the reason I joined a start-up like Stability has been to feel like I can really contribute and change things. What I've loved so far about the culture is that it allows you to bring ideas forward, be heard, and get to deliver on these projects/tasks. Yes, there are gaps in the business that can be built on, but it's a 3 year old company and the relevant point here is that they're acknowledged and we are actually improving these processes. Looking forward to seeing how my career grows here.

      None that wouldn't be expected from a company at this stage - For me, we have good structure in place and are making continuous positive steps
