      Absolutely none unless you want to become emotionally and mentally drained

      Cons

      Bullying Be prepared to be dragged into unprofessional family drama Being set up for failure by certain members of the team False promises Unethical practices/behavior There is so much that needs to be exposed about this company and the working environment but due to NDA most ex-employees are afraid to speak out.

      Occasionally you experience what it’s like to be a part of the AI boom

      Cons

      Everything you could think of that makes a company your worst place to work. It’s got it. They’ve successfully figured out how to fail from a people, business and financial perspective. The only thing that has any credibility are the amazing AI models they’re creating (although all the major researchers have left and remaining ones are thinking about leaving)
