      Pros

Decent like minded immediate colleagues. Free travel. Meeting new people and creating bonds with regulars. On the move always, not tied to one spot.

      Cons

The company have almost complete disregard for the well-being of its most important asset, the driver. No loyalty, no respect. Continuous persecution. Zero appreciation. Working hard yet empoverished. Flat rates of pay throughout regardless of hours put in. No sick pay, no benefits. No selection criteria. If you have a licence you'll do, if you don't.. we'll get you one within a fortnight and throw you in the hotseat ALONE with absolute minimal training and development and way before you are ready. As a result you WILL make mistakes, you WILL be involved in a collision at some point and the company WILL have the audacity to Summons you for disciplinary action after leaving you woefully under prepared. Negligent disregard for driver and passenger safety. Tatty, grubby and often defective vehicles. Drivers are treated like idiots, and are met with resistance, defensive and arrogant attitudes having caused apparent inconvenience to fitters who just can't be bothered when a driver calls to report a defect or seek assistance during the all too common and inevitable vehicle breakdown. You, the driver are scum!! The passengers treat you that way, other road users, colleagues from other departments, your supervisors and management. No other job expects so much from you with so little in return. Get yourself some exceptionally thick skin and be prepared to be called and treated like a 'W' multiple times a day every day for the entirety of your tenure while barely being paid a pinch over 300 bucks per week for the privilege. Get a job cleaning toilets, you'll command more respect and get paid more.

      Pros

All the drivers are helpful and supportive. Free Uniform Free Travel - which you will never really use because yours at work

      Cons

Fix wage, no matter how many hours you do. Counter staff will not help you unless you do over time ! If you make a mistake you'll be in the office within 2 working days, be ready for a stressful time. To do and what NOT to do will never be told when you start this job, You'll have to learn the hard way and remember drivers are ALWAYS at fault no matter what!! so be ready to lose your job
