Pros
- many ships - gathering technical experience in a fast paced environment - many experienced people willing to help - good place for making a lot of acquaintances - possibly enough attendances
Cons
- below standard salaries / no bonuses (always promised but finally not given) - negative work-life balance, too many overtime and pressure - no recognition of employers efforts from the supervisors', no room for evolving once hired - selfish & competitive against firms within the sector, sabotaging employees who wish to evolve within or out of the company.
