      Pros

      I had the opportunity to meet a number of different Starmind employees in various roles. Each of my interviews offered a little more insight into Starmind and what it is like to work for them. The interview process was very transparent. Another great aspect of the interview process was getting to learn a lot about what the company does, how the culture is, and what Starmind’s goals are.

      Pros

      The transition this company has gone through in the last year is simply amazing. From almost two companies (cultures) to an increasingly aligned team within twelve month - well done. I'm proud to be part of this team!

      Cons

      There was a lot of friction during the last 12 month but I believe we are much stronger now.

      Pros

      I love that I get to work with lots of smart people on a product that I believe in. It's great to be surrounded by coworkers that I respect and can learn from. It's a very positive environment. I also appreciate the flexible work time and chance to do some work from remote.

      Cons

      The current office location is outside of Zurich, which makes my commute a little longer.
